Produced by Ana Maria Donneys, a fifth-generation coffee grower and advocate for Women in Coffee, this exceptional lot from Finca Primitivo in Quindío, Colombia undergoes a unique double fermentation with carbonic maceration, anaerobic processing, and selected yeasts to reveal remarkable sweetness and complexity.

The cup opens with crystalline mint and delicate white jasmine, followed by soft herbal notes, bright citrus acidity, and a silky, creamy finish. Refreshing, elegant, and unlike any traditional Colombian coffee.

Brew it as a filter to highlight its floral character, or enjoy it as a light espresso for a surprisingly smooth and vibrant cup.
