Grown by smallholder farmers in Idido (Edido), Yirgacheffe, at 1,900–2,450 masl, this Grade 2 washed Ethiopian is bright, clean and packed with character.
Expect layers of strawberry, guava, kiwi, honeydew and peach, with delicate orange blossom and a playful yogurt-tart finish. The creamy body and balanced acidity keep all that fruit lively without going overboard.
Light roast: brighter fruit & florals.
Medium roast: sweeter, rounder & creamier.
