Grown between 800–1300 meters and nurtured by El Salvador’s rich volcanic terrain, this rare Pacamara varietal (a beautiful hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype) delivers big, bold beans bursting with character. The local “Sweet Panela” natural process draws out lush sweetness and tropical depth — think brown sugar, stone fruit, and cocoa dancing together in your cup.
We roast it medium to let its natural complexity shine through — smooth, layered, and full of that signature Pacamara richness.
