Once a professional tennis player and later a Law graduate, Willian returned to his family’s estate to continue a legacy shaped by generations of dedication, craftsmanship, and respect for the land. Alongside his parents, wife Lara, and their children, he champions sustainable farming and carefully refined natural processing methods to produce coffees of exceptional character.
In the cup, vibrant notes of yellow fruit, citrus, and delicate florals create a lively first impression. Layers of sugar molasses and golden honey unfold into a smooth milk chocolate finish, resulting in a beautifully balanced coffee with bright acidity, silky sweetness, and remarkable elegance.
