Ceremonial grade Cacao from Chiapas, Mexico
30 g of 100% unprocessed cacao paste
Preparation method:
- Chop the cacao paste into small pieces using a sharp knife
- Mix the cacao with your preferred sweetener and spices
- Add small amounts of hot water, stir gently until you get a smooth thick paste
- Keep adding water until you get a smooth liquid without lumps
- Mix with your choice of warm milk and enjoy!
